FEW SOLOISTS? NO WORRIES?

Named characters require some vocal skill, but all ensemble songs in WORD POWER can be done by a group. Some Presentations are driven by other disciplines - acting, dance/tumbling, puppetry, etc.  So, you will have opportunity to feature those students as well. 

 

LOTS OF STUDENTS TO FEATURE?

The named characters in WORD POWER are designed for Middle School and upper Elementary students. WORD POWER has options for you to feature younger ensemble students in solo, duet, or small groups.

 

CAN MANAGE SOME SONGS BETTER THAN OTHERS?

The Presentations in WORD POWER are like building blocks, so you may choose those that best fit your group - or do them all. You may do the Presentations in any order you wish.

 

NEED MORE THAN ONE CLASS TO PARTICIPATE?

No problem. You can divide up the Presentations among several age groups, classes, and Directors, or do them all with one class.

 

SHORT ON REHEARSAL TIME? OR PERFORMANCE TIME?

Choose as many Presentations as you wish. Runtime is 30-60 minutes. 

 

SHORT ON GUYS?

All Presentations/characters can be done by boys and/or girls except NELLIE, GIGI, and FELISHA.
