LOTS OF STUDENTS TO FEATURE?

Throughout CHRISTMAS IN ROOM 309, there are options for you to feature your students in solo, duet, or small group vocals/movement/dance.

NOT MANY SOLOISTS? NO WORRIES.

GRANDMA and ALEX must sing.  The songs for HOSTESS and FREDDY are optional. All other CHRISTMAS IN ROOM 309 songs can be done by a group.

 

SHORT ON GUYS?

Most roles in CHRISTMAS IN ROOM 309 may be played by either male or female. FREDDY is best as a guy, but could become WINNEFRED if played by a girl. GRANDMA and HOSTESS must be  female, and GRANDPA a male.

SHORT ON REHEARSAL TIME? OR PERFORMANCE TIME?

"RAGTIME SONG," "GOOD CENTS," AND" E MO GEE" are optional songs.  Pieces such as "CEREAL SONG," "JESUS LOVES ME," and "FOLKS IS FOLKS" may not be necessary if you are not accommodating younger students.  The show would even flow without "GRANDMA'S CHRISTMAS WRAPPIN' (but it will be much less fun).
